For our Client, international law company with global reach, we are currently looking for candidates with fluent English or French to join an international HR team in Shared Service Center, based in Warsaw.
Your new role
HR Admin will provide support to new and current hires and be responsible for end to end processes and procedures related to new starters and leavers and ensuring all documentation is prepared in a timely manner.
HR Admin will be managing employee related processes, conducting data entry and records processing in terms of personal data, hires and leaves, promotions, internal transfers, etc. Additionally, the job holder will be the first point of contact for employees in terms of HR administration.
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the international area of service we are looking for candidates who are fluent in English, French will also be an advantage to be utilised. If you have first experience in HR or would like to develop in this area, this is the role for you.
