Description
Administration of employee lifecycle and performing activities in HR systems (hirings, job changes, terminations, etc.)
Delivering day-to-day HR services, acting as a first point of contact for employees
Preparation of reports on HR and payroll data
Mandatory HR documentation execution
Working closely with external vendor in terms of payroll
Supporting continuous improvement of the HR processes
Profile
Higher degree with preference on Human Resources
Experience on a similar position connected with HR Administration/Payroll
English - at least B2 level
Analytical and organisational skills
Client approach and open mind for learning new things
