The main purpose of the role is to deliver timely HR support of highest quality to internal stakeholders.

Description

  • Administration of employee lifecycle and performing activities in HR systems (hirings, job changes, terminations, etc.)
  • Delivering day-to-day HR services, acting as a first point of contact for employees
  • Preparation of reports on HR and payroll data
  • Mandatory HR documentation execution
  • Working closely with external vendor in terms of payroll
  • Supporting continuous improvement of the HR processes

Profile

  • Higher degree with preference on Human Resources
  • Experience on a similar position connected with HR Administration/Payroll
  • English - at least B2 level
  • Analytical and organisational skills
  • Client approach and open mind for learning new things
