- Assist System Administrators for:
- Help Desk Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates strong proficiency with Personal Computers, Laptops and Mobile devices
- Demonstrates strong proficiency with Windows 7 and 10, Mac OS, Citrix, Active Directory
- Familiarity and troubleshooting with WAN, LAN
- Familiarity with Help Desk ticketing systems and tracking issue to resolution
- Troubleshooting printing and related peripherals
- Identify user needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Installation and support of LANs, WANs, network segments
- Installation and maintenance of network hardware and software
- Telecommunications Support (NFON)
- Administration and documentation for all systems
- Analyze and isolate issues
- Monitor networks to ensure security, availability and performance
- Languages
- Fluent English and one of the following languages: French, Italian
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1-2 year professional experience in IT Support field
