Help Desk Consultant with foreign languages

- Management and ownership of incidents throughout their lifecycle
- Providing first level IT Service support
- Providing a professional interface between customers/users and the IT Service Provider
Requirements:
- University Degree preferably in Computer Science
- Previous experience in IT field (help desk/service desk) will be an asset
- Very good knowledge of German, Dutch or Spanish and Portuguese language,
- Very good knowledge of English,
