- Need to interact with management, hold them accountable as risk owners and advise on risk controls. Risk status will need to be presented to SLT.
- Get the opportunity to work with international teams, interact with local management, be involved in risk management with new developments and changes within the organization.
- Have influence across the organization.
- Must have proven experience in Risk Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality, Environment Health and Safety, or equivalent
- Experience working within the Pharmaceutical, and/or manufacturing industries would be highly desirable.
- Experience in advising, coaching, mentoring and counselling
- Experience in project management or process improvement

In this role you will be responsible for managing and controlling the Environment, Health and Safety program. Also you will deal with a new program regarding sustainability. The Environment, Health & Safety Manager will own and control the OPS and EHSS Risk Management programs. You will be involved in projects and will be the client representative for the technical departments.Responsibilities
- Interact with all operational departments, will represent the client at the global OPS Risk Management network and the EHSS Risk Management network.- Need to interact with management, hold them accountable as risk owners and advise on risk controls. Risk status will need to be presented to SLT.
- Get the opportunity to work with international teams, interact with local management, be involved in risk management with new developments and changes within the organization.
- Have influence across the organization.
Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of experience, preferable in a Manufacturing plant.- Must have proven experience in Risk Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality, Environment Health and Safety, or equivalent
- Experience working within the Pharmaceutical, and/or manufacturing industries would be highly desirable.
- Experience in advising, coaching, mentoring and counselling
- Experience in project management or process improvement
