THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
They are a growing family business, they started internationally and are now operating in the Netherlands. An organization with a main focus on bakery products in the food industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This quickly growing company is looking for a HSE coordinator. You will be responsible for the HSE implementation and improvement within the company. You will be a part of the European HSE team. You will be working on the production floor and in the office. This project is for at least 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accordingly you will be responsible for improving and perfecting the HSE plan. With a main focus on the risks, environment and evaluation process.
You will responsible for:
- Analyzing, reporting and improvement of the work and project environment
- Manage the HSE plan
- Make the company aware of the ARBO implementation and keep on improving them
- Work together with the production team to minimalize the risks and incidents
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc degree in the food industry
- > 5 years of experience as QHSE in the food industry
- Knowledge of ARBO, RIE, Atex and Audits
- Social and excellent communication skills
- Productive and enthusiastic
- Fluent in Dutch
