On behalf of our Client, an international company from production sector, we are currently looking for candidates to fill the position of Head of Shared Service Centre based in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for building and managing a matrix structure, monitoring and ensuring an excellent performance of all Teams in the SSC, planning and controlling the budget and supporting the expansion of the strategy. You will be also in charge of process of improvements as well as implementation of Lean culture across all the teams. In addition, you will collaborate with headquarter and local units to achieve the success and high satisfaction.
We are seeking candidates with extensive business experience gained in SSC environment. Proven leadership, people and project management skills are required as well as fluency in English. Participation in migration and improvements processes will be a huge advantage. In addition, the ideal candidate should present strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
