Currently, due to constant growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced e-commerce professional for the position of Head of Product to ensure that product strategy and implemented solutions are innovative and meet and exceed users' expectations.
Description

Creating platforms development strategy (desktop, mobile, back office), driving the vision, roadmap, and goals for the products and overseeing its implementation
- Acting as the main link between business and IT department, actively initiating and participating in the process of analysing and defining business needs and setting priorities
- Defining, regularly tracking and analysing various KPIs, interpreting data to discover insights and determine the direction of development for the products and business
- Planning and introducing new features and functionalities which best answer the needs of customers and business
- Day-to-day cooperation with programmers, graphic designers, UX designers, internal and external stakeholders
- Keeping the team culture, processes and structure that enables the business to deliver innovative, market-leading products
Profile
-
3+ years of experience in web product management, from conception to delivery, ideally within e-commerce environment
- Track record of delivering high-performing digital consumer products
- Customer-centric approach and good understanding of consumer needs and expectations
- Strategic approach to product management and current market knowledge about e-commerce solutions and trends
- Ability to clearly define and execute the vision of product development, functional requirements and the criteria of product quality assessment
- Strong analytical skills, including high-level Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of Scrum
- Good knowledge of English language
