For one of our clients, an international company setting up a new SSC in Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of HEAD of PROCURE to PAY (SSC).
The HEAD of PROCURE to PAYwill be responsible for managing the end to end P2P process within the SSC. It will entail contributing to the strategy of the SSC, to ensure effective and high-quality processing for P2P, supervising, managing and coaching a team of accountants (activities including purchase orders, invoices, vendor onboarding, payments, reconciliations, running dashboards, etc.), maintaining a good P2P service relationship with the affiliates in accordance with the SLA, ongoing issue resolution to drive improvement, productivity increases and best practice. The role will require detailed understanding of global processes and systems, and individual country localization requirements. The HEAD of PROCURE to PAYwill also act as a process owner for SOX and internal controls for P2P, and will assist with external and internal audits.
We are looking for a Candidate with an Academic Degree in Accounting or related field, and 10+ years of relevant professional experience,including proven track record of people management and experience in process transitions, gained in a multicultural SSCenvironment. A qualified accountant with detailed P2P system understanding, who has system implementation experience (ideally Oracle ERP), and impeccable business Englishlanguage skills (additional European languages will be considered an asset).
