For our client – Swiss and one of the biggest company in agriculture industry – we are looking for Seeds Marketing Head Central Europe. This is a well-known and developing producer of seeds and pesticides company. Currently our client is building a new Business Unit in Europe.
Your new role
The person on this position will be responsible for the definition and execution of the annual marketing plan and support to the country team in improving overall business performance. On daily basis s-/he will coordinate the marketing and business planning process across all the relevant crop for the region. The person will manage all portfolio management, customer relationships, marketing services as well as all marketing activities, including: market and customer analysis, campaign planning and executions support, marketing communication and product promotion materials, digital platform. Seeds Marketing Head CE will be responsible for managing marketing team (8 – 10 persons) as well as budget and calendar of activities. The position will be associated with travelling across Europe and close cooperation to another departments and headquarter.
What you'll need to succeed
We are searching for Candidates with an marketing experience in agricultural business(preferably seeds, pesticides, flowers, horticulture, agronomy, animal nutrition, machines and similar). Wide knowledge and understanding of marketing and technical development, portfolio, communication and customer marketing will be necessary. Seeds Marketing Head CE has to speak English fluently as well as being able to manage marketing strategy and marketing team. We are expecting strong combination of business and sales acumen, analytical skills, open-minded, dynamic and ready to travel person.
