This is a fantastic opportunity for the Candidate with experience in IT management position. The role sits within well-established organisation in the beautiful island at the Mediterranean Sea. After 2-3 years possibility to come back and work within company’s premises in Poland (Warsaw).
Key Responsibilities:
The Head of IT will be responsible for providing technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of the organization’s enterprise systems and information technology programs, ensuring that the enterprise applications and technology systems meet the needs of the organization.
He/she will also manage the team of IT specialists and business analysts (5-8 people) and will be responsible for the ongoing management of the information security policies, procedures, and technical systems in order to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all organizational IT systems.
The ideal Candidate will show:
Master’s degree in IT or related field
Professional experience in senior IT management positions
Ideally experience in a manufacturing environment
Technical experience in MS Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle and /or other systems with a demonstrable track record of strategy building and systems’ deployment.
Proven track record of IT strategy development and implementation
Experience in project management, traditional and agile methodologies
Good understanding of infrastructure and web technologies.
People management skills
