Head of industry-Retail and Consumer Goods

The main mission of the person holding this position is to make Sii grow business, revenue, and profit in Retail and Consumer Goods sector and make Sii become a strategic, preferred partner for our customers and prospects by:
- defining Business Plan for this sector
- creating offering for Retail and Consumer Goods sector
- building great sales, pre-sales, and delivery team in this industry (creating own structures, directly hiring sales managers and consultants)
- creating development and prospection strategy for this sector (assessing prospects, performing competitors analysis, proposing investments, preparing detailed action plans)
- opening new accounts and developing existing ones (up-selling, cross-selling)
- preparing and handling quarterly and annual budgets, expenses and cost management
- controlling KPI and financial performance, benchmark results against other Units in SII
- direct and functional subordinates management
- proposing new investments to Sii highest management
- close cooperation with Sii sales and delivery units to execute business development strategy
Required skills:
- At least 10 years of professional experience in Retail industry in various positions (e.g. Analyst, PM, Business Manager etc.)
- Experience in performing negotiations, selling technical products and managing complex sales cycles
- Documented success in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and achieving targets
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and leaderships skills
- Entrepreneurship approach, passion for business and excellence
- Determination in realization of goals, energy and dynamics of action, persistence and flexibility
- Being oriented towards fulfilment of not only individual but also corporate goals
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to motivate, influence, support and define priorities in a team
- Very good knowledge of English
- Experience in IT industry will be an advantage
