Head of Digital
We are currently looking to recruit a Head of Digital for a global brand in the entertainment sector. Working in collaboration with teams based in Germany and the UK they will be responsible for creating the brand's digital strategy in Poland, increasing its market share via new online sales channels and leading a team.

Description
* Transforming the business into a digitally-enabled media driven company
* Assessing the market to identify, negotiate and deliver new digital revenue streams
* Supervising the delivery of digital objectives including new product and channel development and amplifying audience reach
* Building and maintaining strong customer relations with all external partners, retail and digital channels
* Ensuring maximum exploitation of the company's content via external partners, its current digital space, social media presence and eCRM strategies
* Providing support to regional operations, assisting with negotiations, pricing and closure
* Monitoring and reporting sales performance to the executive committee, managing all financial goals in line with commercial and digital objectives
* Monitoring market pricing, movements and trends, recommending adequate response plans
* Working closely with all other areas of the business both locally and globally
* Overseeing the use of web analytics and business intelligence technology to develop a Data Collection and Exploitation Strategy that includes first and third party data and enables comprehensive and advantageous data utilization
* Adhering to all intellectual property, commercial and legal rights
* Leading the digital team, maximising its potential, nurturing new recruits
* Actively networking and participating in digital/commercial events
Profile
* A university degree, business related preferred but not essential
* In-depth digital expertise including devices, services, technologies and trends
* First-hand experience of digital leadership and strategy creation ideally within the entertainment sector
* Understanding of relevant commercial sales and distribution processes
* Previous management experience with a relaxed, cooperative but firm approach
* Comfortable working with company P&L statements
* Track record in relationship building and maintenance
* Strong strategic and conceptual reasoning skills
* Fluent in Polish and English
