Head of Desk (FX Strategy & Sales)
Job Location: Warsaw
As Head of Desk you will be responsible for:
Leading your team
From time-to-time taking the bull by the horns and pitching and closing potential customers by phone or face-2-face
Help the smooth on-boarding of new customers
Forecast accurate sales volumes
Work with other Heads of Desks across the region to implement and deliver internal competitions for sales teams
Support the company’s sales methodology and ensure administration is kept uptodate
Support in recruiting new members to your team
Essential skills:
Great track record of motivating teams and working in Sales
History of achieving and beating sales targets in order for you to be a role model to your team
Comfortable speaking to customers on the phone
Great communicator
Has shown a track record of mentoring and developing people
Has shown a track record of creating Business Plans, related tactics and working to create customer feedback from the market
Good negotiator with ability to leverage relationships
Good analytical skills
Great English is a must as the company training and mission is English
