On behalf of our Client, international financial institution, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a position of Head of data stewardship and finance excellence department.
The successful Candidate will cover implementation and maintenance of the data strategy focused on consolidation and simplification of data sources, enabling data driven decisions, leading better customer understanding and leading to cost/operational synergies.
Person employed in this position will be leader of holistic finance transformation required for successful processes change and customer centric approach with responsibility for initializing and running of finance projects aiming to standardise system landscape and speed up changes in processes/dataflow. Moreover, her/his scope of duties will also cover taking care of transparency of available data and simplified access, fast and reliable reporting of business results with one source of truth, maintenance and development of data governance tools and awareness within the organization and reduction of complexity in finance tools aiming to improve control environment and efficiency.
We are looking for a person who has 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with passion for data who will be inspiration to the team to form data driven insights and visualise these to inform opportunity development and support decision-making.
We are looking for Candidates with high level of commitment and team orientation, excellent presentation, communication and relationship building skills, business leadership with ability to speak candidly about commercial aspirations and resulting business strategies, priorities, and models. Able to to manage an individual projects while being able to understand the broader program perspective.
Fluency in English - written and spoken is a must.
