Currently we are looking for Head of Customer Care for our Client- multinational, growing company.
Working on this newly created position you will take ownership of the global Customer Care setup and development including the Service Partner management and the definition and implementation of strategic Customer Care processes and SOPs. This person will be responsible for creating and implementing strategy, procedures and processes, daily cooperation with various external companies. Being the leader of global Customer Care and guiding the national Customer Care teams you will take care of communication both internal and external, setting the goals, SLA’s, KPI to ensure the best quality for Customers.
We are looking for Candidates with more than 5 years of professional experience in Customer Care in international environment (ideally in an e- commerce, B2C sector), strong leadership skills and fluent English. The ideal Candidate should be proactive, business, goal and people- oriented person with “can do” attitude.
