Head of Buying and Merchandising Eastern Europe
The purpose of this role it to take a full ownership of Buying and Merchandising responsibility in Eastern European Countries. You will manage a team of 7 people based in Poland and Hungary. You will report into the Head of Buying and Merchandising Europe who is based in HQ in Switzerland, a Leader who empowers his people by giving them exciting challenges

Description
Driving the brand and business strategy via providing/buying an optimal balanced collection
covering East brand strategy as well as needs and opportunities
Leading in-season assortment management process and allocating team with focus on KPI
management
Leading the collection hand over to the Sales Team in cooperation with the Trade Marketing
Team
Managing, coaching, developing allocation team
Reviewing business buying decisions to maximize turnover and gross profit, and reduce losses
Collating and reporting on historical performance split by consumer segmentation,
seasonality, country, color, price and size using the BW data warehouse to compile reports.
Ensuring that buys are in line with the company's buying strategy
Profile
Min. 5 years of professional experience in a similar position at international level within the
Apparel & Fashion sector
Previous strong team management experience - is a must
Fluency in Polish and English - is a must
Strategic thinking combined with strong KPI management and reporting skills
Ability of usage BW warehouse data
Ability to travel abroad up to 20%
