Head of Architecture
Lokalizacja: WarsawFor our Client, an international general construction company, we're seeking for best candidate for the position as:
Head of Architecture
You will be responsible for managing of Architecture Departments and coordinating a daily work the group of Architects working with using BIM methodology. You will be arrange mainly in a residential projects, in design and construction phases. At the same time you will be closely cooperate with CEO in relation to conception and strategy steps. This is the role based in Poland, with reported line to CEO based in the headquarters, and its dedicated to experience Head of Architects with professionale epxerience in design office and general contractor side.
Our Client requirements:
- 10 years of professional expericence in design offices / general contractor companies in managing role (Leading Architect / Head of Architects / Manager at Architecture Department)
- Master / engineer degree in Architecture
- A few years of professional experience in conceptual, design, construction phases of building process
- Knowledge and professional experience in BIM authorized software, experience on projects where BIM methodology was used will be a plus
- Highly developed communication and organizational skills, strong personality and strategic thiniking
- Fluent English is a must, French knowledge will be a plus
