Group Finance Project Management Officer (m/f)
This is a newly created position in a shared service (100% insourcing). This position is all about project management in a multinational environment and financial area of an enterprise.

There was a strategic decision taken to set up the European Centre of Excellence and Shared Service in Katowice that will centralize financial processes. Working environment is dynamic and it is perfect for people who like realizing new projects.
Description
- Cooperation with: local team (Site Director, Transition Managers, Project Managers) and international stakeholders (Senior Group Finance Manager),
- Running independently frameworks of the projects and project documentation,
- Facilitating process of costs allocation together with a Project Manager,
- Auditing projects for conformance to the project management plan,
- Running quality check points,
- Proposing and implementing process improvements, particularly related to data analytics and reporting.
Profile
- Higher education degree, MA required,
- Working experience in centralized structures, could be shared service or group department,
- Proven track record of fulfilling project management tasks (e.g.: tasks and time allocation, checking budget positions, making gantt charts, documenting processes, mapping processes, etc.),
- Reliable person who can build good relation with various stakeholders (including senior positions),
- Proficient user of MS Office (especially Excel),
- Fluent command of English language,
- Willingnes to work in international and dynamic environment.
