Holding such position you will be responsible for responding to customers’ queries via phone, e-mail, solving IT related issues, analyzing problems and resolution support, providing feedback to users and supporting other team members.
In order to be successful candidateyou should be quick learner with strong communication, problem solving and customer facing skills. We are looking for people who are passionate about IT field, have good knowledge of Windows Operating systems, MS Office tools, Internet browsers and who would be able to provide computer support (laptop, desktops, printers). Experience in solving technical problems and knowledge of common desktop applications would be a strong asset. Candidates who are part-time students are welcome to apply, butability to work full time is a must.
To be successful for this position you must be fluentin English and Germanor in English andFrench.
