Our Client is currently looking for a Candidate to fill the position of a Global Service Provider Marketing Manager in Warsaw.
You will be responsible to build and execute marketing campaigns that build trust and mindshare, increase preference into the Company GSP portfolio and drive demand into the LongTail Service Provider (LTSP) segment. Your focus will be on Poland and Czech Republic and potential other Eastern European countries.
Responsibilities:
- Nurture LTSP’s through digital marketing programs, for instance webinar & digital video content platforms
- Work closely with GSP Sales and the Global Virtual Sales organization to build localized campaign content
- Define a 360 degree lead process that ensures a smooth execution and monitoring of results
- Closely align with sales on defining Big Bet agreements with selected SP technology partners
- Define the marketing goals and deliverables within these agreements and accompany their execution with the selected partners
- Manage the relationships to SP industry associations within the Eastern European markets. Many of the LTSP’s are members of these associations regularly attending community events offered through these SP industry associations
- Organize the Company sponsorship and presence at SP community events, like PLNOG and CEE Peering Days
- Publish blogs within defined countries, agree on publishing schedule with local teams, interface with agencies and the SP digital team
- Manage the localizing and reviewing process for global campaign content to be published and executed within the respective countries
Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing plans with focus on digital know-how
- Solid project management skills and the capability to manage the execution of complex campaigns within defined timelines
- Understand a broad mix of marketing channels including online digital / social media, live and online event, telemarketing, and email marketing to create an integrated marketing plan
- Measure results by tracking marketing activities and their impact including tracking full funnel metrics from reach and response through revenue (i.e., SQL)
- Able to partner with individuals at all levels of the organization and collaborate with other functions across the company
- Understand SP marketing industry and trends in developing strategies and joint marketing plans; including the requirements of having a strong understanding of the Service Provider business models and cloud / managed services and the ability to develop content in working with external agencies and partner's agencies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing with at least 3+ years of experience in the industry
- Up to date knowledge of current tools and techniques for Marketing execution
- Strong leadership and influencing skills across virtual and global teams
- A creative can-do attitude in a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent command of Polish and English
- Knowledge of Czech would be a plus
