Your new role
The IT Service Delivery Manger (SDM) will manage one or more global IT service providers. Acting as the internal SDM, the SMD will work closely with the system and application owners as well as the Global operations manager. To support the ISS strategy of consolidating the number of global IT service providers, the SDM will continuously contribute to the maturation and streamlining of the IT Service Delivery Processes and reporting, developing a uniform approach to service delivery. Further the SDM will contribute to enrolling current and future IT service providers in to the service delivery framework

Your new role
The IT Service Delivery Manger (SDM) will manage one or more global IT service providers. The main areas of responsibility are:
- Managing global vendors across all services and deliverables
- Managing the service and project lifecycle from conception to operational handover
- Ensure that all service levels and contractual deliverables and obligations for the respective service areas are met
- Develop and conduct service level assessment and reporting
- Primary customer contact point related to the day-to-day operation and delivery of global services
- Managing the financial process including forecasting and volumetrics securing correct invoicing and identification of potential optimization opportunities
- Engaging in and developing vendor relationship
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of experience with-in the IT service delivery area
- Documented experience with Service Catalogue maintenance, service level reporting and financial management
- Practical and theoretical experience with ITIL
- Master in stakeholder and expectation management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills on all organizational levels
- You have the ability and willingness to be a hands-on Service Delivery Manger
- You are self-motivated and are driven by getting things done
- Fluent in written and oral English (and preferably German)
