For our Client, an international technology company, we are currently looking for an experienced Robotics Process Automation Managerwho will lead a team of specialist and develop automation and digitalizationcompany plans.
As a Global Automation and Digitalization Lead you will be responsible for owning the Automation plan of actions for Cracow GBS and portfolio of projects, governance, development and enhancement of all processes across the enterprise.You will support the creation and evolutionof the delivery framework, mentor team members, design the technical design documents and delivering the proposed digitalized processes on schedule and with quality.
On this position you will look at the overall Intelligent Automationspectrum and lead the team whom mission is to drive GBS automation and digitalization agenda in order to effectively support the transformation plan, what include:
We are looking for the Candidate with minimum three years’ experience in Business process automation, ideally in a Global Business Services context and experienced in designing, planning and implementing automation and digital solutions. You should present background in Agile developmentprocesses and development cycle for mobile/web applications. The successful Candidate should be marked by strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, stakeholders management and performance management. Fluent English is required as well.

- Reviewing the overall Intelligent Automation spectrum
- Development of Automation / Robotic Process Automation (RPA) framework and methodologies
- Defining solution standards, documentation, policies, approval flows controls and technology
- Set up of automation factory, including selection of appropriate technology supporting solution development
- Development (together with GPO’s) of Automation/Digitalisation road-map
- Cooperation with Group IT, especially in the area of technology selection, tools and infrastructure
- Works closely with developers, testers, process architects and technical architects to ensure delivery within schedule and with quality.
- Ensures reusable components are designed & developed where applicable.
- Continuously seeks and evaluates new services and technologies.
