Global Reaserch and Cost Specialist
The Global Research and Cost Specialist will be in charge of research, modeling, and evaluating benefits, compensation, and retirement options as part of Company's Total Rewards Strategy. We're looking for an expert in leading practices, conduct competitive market analysis, and understand the global and regional rewards partner landscape.

Description
- The Global Research & Cost Specialist partners with the Total Rewards COE and the Business to design and maintain a competitive total rewards (benefits, compensation, and retirement) strategy for the Organization
- Identifies internal and external data sources for model simulations and competitive analysis
- Conducts regular global internal rewards (including compensation) analysis
- Analyzes external compensation, retirement, and benefits market benchmarks against current practices
- Evaluates internal rewards equity across key demographics and benchmarks
Profile
- Experienced in the development of Total Rewards (benefits, compensation, and retirement) strategy, programs, and policies
- Knowledgeable in conducting internal (current practices) and external (ongoing in the market) rewards analysis for multiple global regions such as EMEA, US and Asia
- Assists with regulatory compliance and documentation, including compensation information
- Scouts and establishes relationships with global, regional, and local rewards partners in partnership with the Total Rewards COE
- Researches and proposes total rewards updates based on leading practice findings and competitive market analysis
- Assesses impacts of changes to rewards strategy and policies
- Serves as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for rewards research and cost modeling inquiries
