The Global Research and Cost Lead is responsible for leading a team that provides guidance on global total rewards research. They are the expert in total rewards leading practices and research, creating models and evaluating benefits, compensation, and retirement options. Their team conducts competitive market analysis and understand the global and regional rewards partner landscape.

Description
- Leads and provides guidance to the Global Research & Cost team
- Partners with the Total Rewards COE the development of Total Rewards (benefits, compensation, and retirement) strategy, programs, and policies
- Conducts regular global internal rewards (including compensation) analysis
- Analyzes external compensation, retirement, and benefits market benchmarks against current Company's practices
- Evaluates internal rewards equity across key demographics and benchmarks
- Assists with regulatory compliance and documentation, including compensation information
- Researches and proposes total rewards updates based on leading practice findings and competitive market analysis
- Utilizes analytics and reporting to align Total Rewards programs and policies with budget requirements
- Serves as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for rewards research and cost modeling inquiries
Profile
- Managerial experience (leading small team - up to 5-10 people)
- Knowledgeable in total rewards processes according to multiple global regions such as EMEA, US and Asia
- Strong background in the Compensation&Benefits area
- Experience in data sources identification for model simulations and competitive analysis
- Ability to prepare and conduct analysis describing current total rewards processes, mapping markets' stardards and supporting the implementation of tailored-made total rewards (benefits, compensation, and retirement) strategy
- Ability to communicate with senior, global-level stakeholders
