Global Operations Data Analyst
Lokalizacja: KrakówFor our Client – an international production company, we are looking for the best Candidate
for the position Global Operations Data Analyst.
A person employed as Global Operations Data Analyst will be responsible supporting the Global Operations Management in their strategic development and implementation of supply chain of strategies. Will also develop services and supplier processes to deliver maximum value, leverage and standardization. The main areas of responsibility will be data collection for performance reporting, master data management and Project follow-up reporting for the global operations activities, spanning 30+ plants on 5 continents.
Main responsibilities of this role:
- create and maintain accurate and timely reporting on following areas:
- Capex
- KPI’s on Safety, Quality and Cost
- FTE
- Cost Saving programs
- Inventories
- ensure data and KPI definitions are clear and adhered to
- create and maintain global reporting calendar and ensure adherence
- internal communications within the Global Flow Control Operations community including administration of the Global Operations Sharepoint site
- managing the Best Practice sharing methodology and publication and supporting the contributors
- administrating the Project management tool and issuing project progress reports
- support the Global Operations team on meeting and event preparation.
Our expectations:
- at least 2 years of experience on similar position
- master degree, preferred in finance or production management
- very good communication in English
- communication skills on high level
- strong digital knowledge
- excellent and practical knowledge of Excel
- high level of self-motivation and time management
- sufficiently assertive to get things done from colleagues higher up the hierarchy
- willingness to travel (not very frequent)
