The Company

One of world's largest food companies situated in Rotterdam.

Role Description

Ad Interim project for 7 months due to maternity leave.

We’re looking for someone with a (FMCG) Revenue Growth finance or strategy (consulting) background and a strategic mindset.

The candidate will need to travel to London from time to time'.

Responsibilities

Lead NRM Governance & Performance management:
• Owner of global definitions, processes and management control cycle
• Institutionalize rollout of key KPI’s, such as Net Revenue Realization (NRR) and NRR coverage
• Global NRM performance tracking and management, provide value add insights to improve decision making and target delivery
• Safeguard NRM in (annual) business planning – through NRM charter funnel

Finance business partnering all NRM related projects – for example:
• Finance business partner for the global TTS optimization programme to optimize the key focus markets
• Finance business partner strategic future of NRM, including NRM factory (IA learning) business case
• NRM certification program – finance involvement
• Other ad hoc (NRM) projects

Lead the methodology and capability around Mix Management development:
• As the global subject matter expert on Mix Mgt, lead the development of optimizing mix management, looking through different lenses e.g. Customer / Region / Channel
• Implement the methodology for D / DE markets, establish successful pilots, and embed the playbook and the capability across the clusters and MCOs.
• Keep up-to-date of leading NRM methodologies
• Institutionalize key shopper or customer insights frameworks / researches to enable strategic Mix Management development
• Develop and Globally rollout the automation of the mix management diagnostic tools

Requirements

• Successfully completed bachelor & master program
• Over 8 years of experience in finance, strategy, business partnering roles
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure
• Experience of working in cross functional teams within a matrix environment and / or in global (virtual) teams desirable
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
