Your new role
As the Global Service Catalogue Manager, you will provide and maintain the service catalogue as a single source of information on all IT operational services delivered by Global IT, ensuring accessibility to identified group of users. Your primary responsibility is to ensure concise and accurate information is the core of the service catalogue to ensure users understands what services and products are offered and expectations are set for the service fulfilment.

Your new role
As the Global Service Catalogue Manager, you will provide and maintain the service catalogue as a single source of information on all IT operational services delivered by Global IT, ensuring accessibility to identified group of users. - Provide the description, mission statement, roadmap, strategy, process objectives, and metrics to measure success and obtain formal approval for the Catalog Management process and its associated procedures
- Maintain the IT Service Catalogue to match the services and that all stakeholders sign-off on the service offerings ● Ensure up to date information is available for endusers, that items are retired, added and amended as required
- Complete regular reviews with stakeholder to ensure relevance to business needs and requirements ● Support the Service request catalogue
- Monitor and review the Catalog Management process, ensure it remains consistent with the organization’s culture and IT Service Management strategy and ensure coordination with all other IT processes
- Assist in communication and promotion of the Service catalogue
What you'll need to succeed
- You probably hold a Masters Degree in IT or other relevant domain but the most important factor is real world implementation experience within the area of responsibility for the position
- ITIL Certification
- Experience in an international organization
- Fluent English, both written and oral
- On a personal level you have an international mindset, high attention to detail, good stakeholder management skills, good interpersonal skills
