The purpose of the position is to lead and develop the overall Information Technology (IT) globally. Relevant candidate will be responsible for the management, strategy and execution of IT infrastructure and will oversee technical projects in alignment with organizational goals .On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
What you'll need to succeed
To be an ideal candidate you need to hold a university degree in computer science or similar and at least 10 years of professional international experience in IT. We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in a similar position gained during work for a global/international company. Additionally, an ideal candidate needs to possess experience in international IT projects and people management. We are looking for person with strategic and analytical thinking and cross-functional business understanding. Fluent English is required, experience in ERP systems will be an asset.

Your new role
The purpose of the position is to lead and develop the overall Information Technology (IT) globally. Relevant candidate will be responsible for the management, strategy and execution of IT infrastructure and will oversee technical projects in alignment with organizational goals .On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
- Technical and disciplinary management of information technology
- Development and implementation of the global IT strategy
- Conceptual development and expansion of the IT infrastructure
- Supervision of security standards and service level agreements
- Management of a global IT team
- Ensuring IT operations and user support for 1100 users
- Further development of the existing Navision ERP landscape
- IT budgeting, cost optimization and IT controlling
- New conception of the IT reporting
- Consulting and support top management team regarding processes, technology and IT trends
- Contract and supplier management, frame contracts
- Cloud alignment of the IT infrastructure and introduction of Office 365 in 20 countries
- Member of steering committees of IT-relevant projects
- Management of larger IT and ERP projects
