Global HR Systems & Analytics Specialist (interim - 1,5 year)
You - as HRIS Analyst will be viewed as an expert in application environment, encompassing both HR process understanding and technical expertise. You will be responsible for deliver support and will be able to mentor others in the organization.

Description
- Maintain, monitor and update human resources information systems
- Create and maintain documentation for new and existing processes
- Prepare and provide information on employee demographics, trends and projections to senior staff and HR Leadership
- Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data, then bringing results to the attention of senior staff
- Test and provide support for ongoing requirements for various SAP modules (Z-Salary, Profile Automation, Manager's Desktop, Workflow, etc.)
- Assist in identifying new HR system needs and assist in researching the software products to fulfill these needs
- Provide ongoing support to People Center and/or Global HRBP staff when resolving customer issues
- Build and maintain relationships with key global HRBPs and SAP users
Profile
- 1 year of experience supporting HR systems
- Familiarity with HR business processes
- Expert knowledge of Excel, experience of SAP is a plus
- Fluent English and Polish is required. Knowledge of any additional European language is an asset
- Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones- preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
- Excellent analytic, problem solving, and time-management skills
