Global HR System Implementation ManagerMiejsce pracy: Łódź
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 4 analysts and project leads based in the US and Poland
- Designing, implementing, optimizing and supporting HR technology solutions
- Leading the optimization and supporting current HR systems and technology
- Designing and implementing the HR analytics and insights function
- Identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, standardization and optimization, and leverage the HR Technology team to execute
- Ensuring that all Company’s HR systems and processes are SOX compliant and will provide any necessary information or support for audits
- Developing HR business case & requirements for new technology solutions in partnership with business and IT
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities, driving projects to simplify, automatizing processes and expanding system and user capabilities
- Developing technical knowledge, capability and usage through proactive supporting, training, communicating and changing drive adoption in the business
- Partnership for the business, global HR and IT department: understanding strategy and direction, contributing to the conversation with both a business and technical viewpoint
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management/IT field
- Fluent English language
- At least 4 years of experience in HR, IT or related business area
- Professional experience on a managerial and global role
- Working experience with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and external reporting and BI tools
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics module and metrics packs implementation
- Strong experience in managing and implementing complex/global projects (project management / change management certification)
- Demonstrated thought leadership in the areas of HR Technology / HR Analytics & Insights
- Practical HR knowledge and experience across core HR processes in the hire to retire employee lifecycle
- Experience in leading and developing HR technology
