Global HR Services Senior ManagerMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
For a new Global HR Service Center based in Warsaw we are looking for a Senior Manager who would like to lead a fast-growing team.The role will be responsible for delivering the Global HR Services Operating Model and managing the Global HR Services team.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and assisting in the knowledge transfer of Global HR Services teams
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitoring and reporting on the budget of Global HR Services
- Designing and managing the service delivery model, service management framework, implementation of all tools, culture, working practices and continuous improvement approach
- Developing of Service Centre scripts and processing desktop documentation; SLA’s and associated governance structure and reports
- Implementing the HR Operating Model for Global HR Services, including identifying the roles and recruiting for them
- Overseeing the operations of the Global HR Services on a daily basis, providing management and leadership direction
- Identifying reports required to determine service performance and analyzing for service improvement opportunities
- Proposing new initiatives to stakeholders across the HR organization, advising and recommending the best course of action
- Reviewing performance levels to support the identification and execution of SLA and KPIs
- Promoting the training, personal growth, professional development, career progression and teamwork
Requirements:
- Operational focus and subject matter expertise, with an experience in HR shared services environment
- Understanding of global HR processes
- Experience in building, maintaining and managing strong relationships with stakeholders
- Self-starter, with high level of energy and pro-active approach to work
- Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively to target audiences
- Ability to manage conflicts and differences in opinions
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
