Global Equity Analyst

For our Client, new company on the market in SSC sectorwe are looking Candidates for Global Equity Analyst position.

This job will administer the global equity incentive plan for our Client, including annual equity grants, coordination global equity filings, handling vesting events, and supporting employee equity inquiries.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Global Equity Management

  • Administer all aspects of global equity incentive plan, including:
  • Processing equity grants, including annual equity grant cycle, cancellations, terminations, and pro-rata calculations
  • Providing frequent equity reporting for audit, finance, and tracking purposes
  • Processing vesting events, including providing applicable transaction data to global payroll providers, and partnering with Finance and Accounting for correct accounting of the transactions
  • Coordinate time-sensitive equity fillings for SEC, in partnership with Legal
  • Partner with global partners for annual tax reporting events
  • Partner with external legal partners to coordinate annual updates of grant award agreements, global tax supplements, and other required documentation
  • Act as primary equity portal plan administrator
  • Respond to inquiries from equity plan participants, including senior leaders
  • Follows SOx controls
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Compensation teams frequently and professionally.
  • Assume ownership for additional projects as needed by the Total Rewards and Global Compensation team.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, in Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years minimum experience in a publicly traded company, with exposure to equity plans and SEC filings.

Additional Skills/Preferences

  • Certified Equity Processional certification preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong sense of organization
  • Ability to collect and analyze complex information, think strategically, reach conclusions and implement appropriate courses of action with limited supervision
  • Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with cross-cultural customers, business partners and external vendors and often in a virtual environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and plan work efforts, progress on multiple concurrent deliverables and consistently meet deadlines; demonstrated strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute on unfamiliar topics by quickly building awareness, developing an action plan, seeking expert advice and executing
  • Foundational knowledge of financial concepts; propensity and comfort working with large data sets typically within Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated business/process ownership
  • Established IT skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Recognized ability to work with confidential / sensitive information
