Your new role
In this position you will be leading our Endpoint Management service, covering configuration management of Windows 10, iOS and Android end-user devices around the globe, ensuring compliance with security and hardening standards, while safeguarding end-user productivity. This area covers disciplines such as automated provisioning of new devices, seamless installation of software and security updates, design and implementation of policies to ensure secure usage of ISS endpoints. Your new role
In this position you will be leading our Endpoint Management service, covering configuration management of Windows 10, iOS and Android end-user devices around the globe, ensuring compliance with security and hardening standards, while safeguarding end-user productivity. This area covers disciplines such as automated provisioning of new devices, seamless installation of software and security updates, design and implementation of policies to ensure secure usage of ISS endpoints. The main areas of responsibility are:
- Lead the Endpoint Management operations team.
- Define the overall strategy of the Endpoint Management service and drive the continuous improvement following the fast-paced releases of new features.
- Optimize Endpoint Management processes, such as provisioning of new endpoints (e.g. Autopilot), O.S. updates, deployment of security patches, packaging and delivery of third-party software, etc.
- Manage relations with key internal stakeholders and communicate changes across the organization.
What you'll need to succeed
- You probably hold a Master Degree in IT or other relevant domain but the most important factor is the experience within the area of responsibility for the position.
- Extensive experience in working with Microsoft-based solutions for Endpoint Management (Config. Manager, Intune), possibly in the context of a global organization.
- Experience in dealing with Endpoint Management related services such on-premise Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Windows Virtual Desktop and Office 365.
- Experience in leading IT operations teams.
- Certifications relevant within the area of responsibility for the position are a plus.
- Fluent English, both written and oral.
