For Our Client, an international company, who has established Global Business Services Centre in Krakow, we are currently looking for Global Delivery Lead of RtR process and will take responsibility of implementation of new company strategy.
The major responsibilities are focused on process control, process correctness and structure the processes including automatization and implementing process improvements and new model of work. On daily basis RtR Lead will cooperate with internal and external stakeholders including BPO provider and manage work of RtR leaders and their teams who delivers services to company sites globally. Global Delivery Lead will report directly to the Global SSC Director located in company HQ.
Moreover as a RtR Global Manager you will ensure policies and defined processes are followed on a globally consistent basis, assure effective operations Globally through monitoring execution of key process deliverables, plan and organize effective team operations - including staffing, cross-training, critical process backups, EWS, recognitions and team developments across all GBS sites. You will need to ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with Accounting Policies: Local and US GAAP requirements as well as maintain strong Internal Controls and compliance with SOX requirements for the end to end RTR processes. We are looking for the Candidate with strong experience in RtR process (min. 5-7 yeras) and in leading large team (from 30 FTE’s) in a BPO/SSC environment. Strong leadership skills with ability to interface and work with divers stakeholders across the global organization as well as relationship and business partnering skills are required. English fluent (C1 level) is the must.
