Global AR ManagerMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Key resposibilities:
- Managing the team of 5 Team Leaders (more then 30 accountants): coaching, motivating, training, setting goals for team members and providing employee appraisal
- Having a global understanding of OtC process design and detailed knowledge for accounts receivables
- Implementing Global OtC process strategy and full optimization for department
- Ensuring that global business requirements are understood and applied in developing global process and policies
- Ensuring application of OtC processes, procedures and other best practices, implementing and managing specific programs, driving continuous improvement, providing support to users, and integrating with other process groups that interface with the OtC process
- Assisting external/internal audits
- Achieving process performance targets globally
- Identifying opportunities to improve the application of existing and new processes in different entities
- Communicating with and influencing key stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of objectives and priorities
Requirements:
- Experienced leader with an understanding of what it takes to execute OtC processes in a multi-national environment
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant business experience, people management is a must
- Experience in managing large teams (+30 FTEs),
- Excellent written and spoken business level in English
- Project Management skills
- Experience in transition projects
- Drive / enthusiasm / team worker
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
