- management of the accounting team
- identifying ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- evaluating daily key performance indicators and identifying areas of improvement
- organizing work, setting priorities, monitoring and managing workload within the team
- presenting performance related indicators to the team and to the Management
- motivating, taking responsibility for the team members' development
You are perfect candidate if you:
- speak German and English fluently (both required)
- have experience in managing a team
- gained background related to General Ledger
- undergraduate degree (preferably in Finance/Accounting)
- can manage time effectively
- got ability to multi-task & keep up with a fast-paced environment
- have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- are proficient MS Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
