GL Team Leader with English and French or German
Lokalizacja: KrakówYou will be responsible for:
• Managing a team responsible for general ledger accounting and financial reporting
• Carrying relationship with local office and ongoing training to team members
• Controlling KPIs
• Being the first contact point for external advisors identify
• Recognizing and resolving frequent performance problems and improvement possibilities
Our requirements:
• University degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3 to 4 years experience in Financial SSC or working in International background
• At least 1 to 2 years in leading a GL team in a fast changing environment
• Transition experience
• Effectively lead a team of individual once transitions have been terminated
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, workflow
• Fluent English is necessary
• Fluent German or French
• Command of another European language would be a plus
• Highly motivated and proactive
• Good communication (verbal and written)
• Good interpersonal and organization skills
• Capacity to act independently as well as part of a team
• Eager to learn and increase qualifications
• Spotless record and strong ethos
