GL Team Coordinator
Miejsce pracy: GdyniaYou will be responsible for:
- Suppliers invoices processing
- Weekly Suppliers payments runs
- Bank statements processing and cash application
- Calculation and posting of all accruals and provisions
- Reconciliation of all subledgers during the month end closing: accounts payables, accounts receivables, fixed assets, production, inventory
- Month end closing P&L review with the European Finance Controller before the GL closing
- BS, Sales, HFM Reconciliation
- SOX, Monthly HFM, Quarterly SEC Package reporting
- Contact with manufacturing plant
- Monthly transfer from CORP to STAT and adjustments to be done as per BDO requests
- Support for external/internal audit
- Responsibility for a team of Accountants
- Knowing & understanding operational KPIs
What you need to have:
- At least 1 years' experience in GL area
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Experience in managing a team/coordinating a team's work
- Knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel
- Developed communications skills, proactive approach and ability to solve problems
- Team player
- Experience in ERP system
