For our Client, an international company with a growing SSC in Warsaw, we are currently looking for GL Manager
General Ledger Manager will be motivational leader, coach and accountancy expert providing technical support to GL Team. On this position you will be mainly responsible for: managing general ledger activities for the Clients, acting as accountancy expert for GL Team, Clients and SSC organization. You will also be dedicated to leading preparation of Statutory Financial Statements and annual audit process, supporting Continuous Improvement culture, initiating efficiency changes.
Successful candidates will have min. 10 years accounting experience (with min. 3 years on managerial position in GL), deep understanding of accounting principles is a must (IFRS preferred) supported by ACCA or similar qualification. Fluency in English is mandatory. Also knowledge of HFM or other ERP package will be an advantage.
