For one of our Clients, an international company with a growing Shared Services Center in the very center of Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of GL MANAGER with GERMAN.
GL MANAGER with GERMANwill be responsible for managing two Team Leads from AP and AR streams, as well as a team of GL specialists, ensuring overall accuracy of the financial accounting and month end closing processes, as well as supervising the quality of accounting entries, reconciliations, controls and backups. GL Manager with Germanwill also be responsible for external reporting in accordance with local GAAP, internal reporting such as statistics, KPI's, etc., performing ad-hoc analyses as well as managing relationships and communication with internal and external auditors.
We are looking for Candidates with 8+ years of experiencein financial accounting (incl. IFRS), gained in international environment, and 5+ years of experience in people management(over more than one hierarchy level). Fluency in English and very good German skillsare mandatory, as well as strong analytical, planning, organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of SAPsystem and MS Office Suite is required as well.
