For our Client, international company establishing new Finance Centre in Katowice we are currently looking for finance professionals ready to join the company as General Ledger Specialist/ Senior Specialist.
Your responsibilities on this position include: perform various operational F&A activities within an General Ledger area, accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Team Leader, responsible for the preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, as well as documentation of the submitted financial data, timely completion of all allocated tasks (daily, weekly, monthly, report periodically or upon request KPI’s measurements, possible participation in process migration, prepare process documentation, participation in continuous process improvement, prepare and post Journal Entries, monitor GL accounts, support Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Month End Closing process.
We expected you to have previous experience in accounting/ finance area, knowledge of accounting basic principles, very good communication skills and ability to work in the team. Very good English and fluent German or Spanish or Portuguese are required. SAP knowledge would be an advantage
