Your new role
Team Leads are responsible for sub-process execution and lead up to 6 Sr. Specialists and (Jr.) Specialists in their day-to-day operations. Responsible for conducting or delegating process activities, manage operational and service issues and escalate incidents when appropriate. Perform process activities when required (e.g. peak times or critical cases). Responsible for implementing process improvements and other change initiatives. Promotes service management culture and is responsible for developing team members to reach professional development goals.

What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the General Ledger area
- Advanced level of French (B2 level)
- Advanced level of English (B2 level)
- Deep understanding of GL Accounting & Closing processes
- Proven experience with SAP system
- Good Excel skills and understanding of GAAP standards
- Ability to work on and own initiatives Excellent organisation skills and analytical thinking
- Experience in team management
