NEW POSSIBILITIES WITHIN PHILIPS:
Hays is recruiting within People Services Center Europe, a newly created international team to be based in Łódź (Poland), supporting with administrative and payroll services 8 European countries:United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Russia, Poland. Philips People Services (PPS) is the Human Resources Shared Services organization of Philips.
ABOUT POSITION:
HR & Payroll Administration team will be supporting company's employees in 8 European countries in all administrative employee processes from hire to retire(employees data input, administration of vacancies, leaves, hires, promotions, transfers, benefits, payroll data input, etc.). Beside administrative tasks, team members would actively support employees by resolving their questions and problems via email or phone conversations.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for candidates with various experiences.As this is a newly created team we are seeking for both experienced HR & Payroll specialists as well as applicants for an entry level positions willing to learn or seeking an opportunity to change their career path. Due to the international scope of roles, we are looking for candidates with good English and fluent German or French.The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented person with good communications skills, open to help others and support fellow employees.
