Miejsce pracy: GdyniaResponsibilities:
- Applying news judgment and picking relevant news for German audience and package it for employers online clients
- Managing the German language website
- Creating multimedia packages with text, pictures, graphics and videos
- Selecting pictures for every news entry
- Feeding German Language Diaries with major German and international events in company news, economics, central banks and politics
- Translating news content from German to English, and English to German
Requirements:
- Advanced German and English
- Strong translation skills: English ↔ German
- Strong interest in news in general and German politics, economics and companies in specific; good news judgment
- A sound command of grammar, spelling, punctuation
- Basic knowledge of multimedia journalism
- Willingness to undertake shifts
- Knowledge of corporate activity, stock markets and financial vocabulary, or an ability to gain such knowledge quickly
- An ability to work under time pressure
