Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Netherlands.
The company is a specialist in processing, packaging and distribution of food products. Employing more than 10.000 employees and serving clients in more than 150 countries around the world, they focus on energy and material efficiency and product quality and lifetime.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be a broadly skilled (General) Process Engineer. Together with a team you will be responsible for the drawing, development and setting up of packaging machinery. Working together with the 3D engineers, mechanical engineers and installation engineers, you will guide the development and engineering process as a process engineer. Closely communicating with the client you will find out their specific needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing calculations, design and qualification of different types of packaging and processing machinery and equipments
- Translating customer needs into requirements for different kinds of machinery
- You will be handling process components such as pipes, valves and tanks
- Coordination of process design and fabrication
- Performance testing
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering
- Experience in international food processing industry
- Knowledge of processing standards in the Food industry (experience in Dairy is a pre)
- Fluent in English
