Zadania / obowiązki:
- Set up newly created subsidiary in Poland including finding the right location, hiring talented staff and performing all the necessary tasks to finalize the set up of the subsidiary
- Ensure a smooth transition of production into Poland as an extension of our current assembly capacity
- Deploy company strategy
- Manage day-to-day operations at the site with strong customer focus
- Promote the company culture amongst the team
- Develop and maintain a culture of high productivity, high quality and cost efficiency and develop key performance indicators to monitor your clear focus on continuous improvement
- Create a network of local suppliers in Poland and Eastern Europe for both production in Poland and in Belgium
- Develop, retain and motivate the right staff level to perform the site’s operations
- Guarantee the respect of the local laws and regulations (business, tax, security, safety, environmental, social)

Oczekiwania:
- You should have minimum a bachelor degree (ideally in Production, Supply Chain or Logistics)
- You should have relevant work experience in a similar role (min 10 years) in an industrial or production environment
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools and ERP
- The knowledge of SAP is an important plus
- You should be motivated and enthusiastic in your work and energized by challenges
- You must be a strong leader with an ability to organize, drive and motivate a talented team
- You must have a clear focus on continuous improvement and lean management
- You must speak English, French is a plus.
