General Manager / CEO - FMCG food
You, as a General Manager/CEO will be responsible for all aspects of the business, including P&L management as well as managing Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, Export, HR and Finance.
You will report to the group CEO, based in Southern Europe.
Experience in both manufacturing and sales is essential.

Our client is the international production company in the FMCG sector located close to Poznań /Bydgoszcz/ Toruń area. Company is a leading food manufacturer, operating in 4 countries around the world.
Description
- Responsible for running the site in terms of operational management
- Provide motivational and inspirational leadership to the management team
- Review performance against operating plans. Monitor division performance to ensure that objectives are being met and take corrective action if necessary
- Focus on business performance that constantly strives to eliminate waste and improve customer satisfaction
- Design plans and processes improvement to enable the business to be prepared for future growth
- Communicate and educate employees to embrace business's Lean transformation programs
- Responsibility for a long-term view of capacity utilisation
- Responsibility for the site's P&L and financial results
- Drive up performance and quality
Profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience with manufacturing P&L responsibility, as well as of operational management experience
- Experience in successful implementation and running of recognised process improvements
- Proven leadership experience. Ability to motivate and guide team members throughout the organisation, and to maintain efficient and productive work relationships
- Native polish language speaker and moderate to strong English spoken, written, presentation and analytical skills
- Strong manufacturing awareness, preferably in FMCG industry
- Result-oriented with a strong track of performance, cost management and bottom-line orientation
- Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise effectively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and clear focus on business profitability
