On behalf of our Client, renowned international company, we are currently recruiting for the position of General Ledger Team Leader.
Your new role
The chosen Candidate will take responsibilities for leading a team of approximately 10 General Ledger Accountants. The role holder will be in charge of ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions according to process documentation. The chosen Candidate will be also reviewing and reporting results and measure performance against Service Level Agreements.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have at least 3 years leadership experience, strong organisational skills and ability to motivate others. The Candidate should have experience in General Ledger processes and knowledge of international reporting standards. Very good English language skills are essential . Proficiency in SAP FI and experience in SSC / BPO would be beneficial.
