Currently, as the local financial structures are growing, we are looking for experienced Financial Accountant - GL Professional who will lead accounting team working for Polish and European entity.
On this position you will be responsible for team coordination including motivating, performance monitoring as well as workload management where you will create an environment based on trust, open communication and collaboration. You will be also acting as Subject Matter Expert for accounting part - especially advisory for Polish market according to Polish Accounting Standards (financial reporting, period end closing, VAT declarations). You will impact the processes and advise on any process improvements and process optimization.
We are looking for experienced General Ledger / Financial Accountants with the knowledge of Polish Accounting Regulations. You need to speak good English as well. Previous experience in team management and working with SAP will be considered as an advantage.
Successful Candidate will be offered the possibility to take up leadership role where you can impact the development of General Ledger processes and shape the structures locally .
